Marketing Executive

The role of the marketing executive serves to overlook and maintain all of The Letteroom’s marketing activities as well as other ad-hoc responsibilities.


The marketing executive reports to the directors and works in tandem with other members of staff to ensure the smooth running of operations.


Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Planning marketing activity including e-mail marketing, social media, PPC, print and PR.
  • Researching and innovating all of the above methods of marketing
  • Engaging in product development, design and trend research
  • Communicating with third parties to keep the site running smoothly
  • Developing the website to keep up with the fast pace of e-commerce
  • Working with the Marketing Assistant to execute major campaigns


Required skills:

  • Prior knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing
  • Experience in Mailchimp
  • At least 3 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Prior knowledge in GDPR is a bonus


An eye for detail and the ability to multitask and complete tasks quickly is a must for this role, as The Letteroom is a small and dynamic company with extremely varied days.
