Reporting to: Letteroom Directors & Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing Team

The Letteroom are looking for a Full time creative individual who can join our happy growing team. 

You will have a background in graphic design or marketing, you will need to have many talents including some of the below. We are happy to teach an enthusiastic individual willing to learn new skills! 

The role will require you to do the following but being part of a growing company always throws up opportunities to find other roles in which you can shine and become involved

  • - Daily social media & blog account management
  • - Design & creation of Letteroom emails
  • - Design of Letteroom printed materials and social media graphics
  • - Coordinating competitions both in house & tie ups with outside companies
  • - Editing images for website and social media upload
  • - Assisting with product styling with Photographer on daily basis and on seasonal shoots
  • - Dealing with PR and Press requests and ensuring products are delivered within dates requested. Cataloging this movement and the press cuttings that result.
  • - Assisting with manufacture of 'made to order' products
  • - Uploading products onto and other retail platforms

Skills required

  • - Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator proficiency
  • - MS Office - Powerpoint, Excel & Word
  • - Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & HTML
  • - Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • - Familiarity in the field of social media marketing
  • - Friendly, happy, enthusiastic team member with a desire to learn and grow in the role

Picking & Packing

  • Picking & packing customer orders.
  • Understanding full Order Required Picking process
  • Identify Express Orders
  • Gift wrap
  • Attention to detail & quality control with picking & packing orders.
  • Picking all orders within set lead times.
  • Dispatching orders
  • Accurate use of Order Management system
  • Identifying orders for correct selling platform
  • Correct delivery method selected 
  • Dispatch all orders within set lead times
  • Ensuring areas kept tidy and compliant to Health & Safety Regulations.

Goods In

  • Responsible for accepting all incoming deliveries efficiently
  • Accurately check and sign for goods into department against paperwork
  • Report any discrepancies to relevant teams
  • Quality control of goods received.
  • Put stock away.
  • Let relevant team know when new or out of stocks happen
  • Stock taking


  • General maintenance of the orders, checking late orders. 
  • Kitchen area including cleaning, emptying bins and putting rubbish out and general tidying in line with Health & Safety regulations .
